Software Engineering Manager

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can define vision, build a strong and accountable team, and deliver platform improvements that measurably increase customer adoption, retention, and satisfaction.

• Lead, mentor, and develop internal engineers, QA, and business analysts.
• Foster a strong engineering culture centered on accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Manage and integrate external development partners to ensure cohesive execution across blended teams.
• Operate with a player/coach mentality — balancing leadership with hands‑on contribution.

• Drive thoughtful system design and pragmatic technical tradeoffs.
• Actively participate in code reviews, architectural decisions, and troubleshooting.
• Champion modern engineering practices including CI/CD, automated testing, and infrastructure as code.
• Lead automation initiatives across the full development lifecycle (build, test, deploy, monitor).
• Own engineering excellence in reliability, scalability, code quality, and continuous delivery.
• Operate in a full Dev Ops model: build it, ship it, support it.

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proven track record of leading teams that delivered measurable product impact.
• Strong experience in SaaS or subscription‑based products preferred.
• Hands‑on experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and driving testing and automation culture in a Dev Ops environment.
• Technical depth in architecture and scalable system design.
• Experience with: .NET, SQL databases, Azure cloud infrastructure
• Proficiency in modern development tooling and automation practices.
• Experience integrating AI capabilities into product workflows and leveraging AI‑assisted development practices.
