You will be the Engineering Manager, Simulation Software Development for the Simulation and Systems Labs (SSL) which is responsible for the development, integration and troubleshooting of simulation software products in hardware-in-the-loop and man-in-the-loop lab environments. What You Will Be Doing As the Engineering Manager, Simulation Development Software you will be responsible for leading a team of 20-30 software engineers developing F-35 and ADP simulation products, driving digital transformation, and overseeing the design, development, integration, testing, and maintenance of simulation software and related computing systems.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline
• Project or Technical leadership experience
• Experience in Software Development Processes Desired

Skills:

• Knowledge of software licensing compliance policies and third party software certification procedures
• Experience in Earned Value Management
• Simulation Software knowledge and experience
• Software Modeling knowledge and experience
• CI/CD tooling and processes
Agile development or coaching experience
• Full Life Cycle SW Development Process leadership and/or experience
• Simulation and Systems Integration Lab experience
• Understanding of Real-Time Systems, Computers, Busses, & I/O Protocols
• Software Development leadership experience or Software Integration leadership experience
• Technical Experience/Background
• Ability to obtain SAP/SAR Clearances Security Clearance Statement:
