JPI seeks an Agentic and AI Specialist to join the Applications and Integrations team within the Digital & IT organization in Dallas, TX. The role will design, deliver, and lead sophisticated agentic systems, AI‑driven applications, RPA solutions, integrations, and automations that directly enhance business processes across the company.

• Agentic AI Development Lead: design, build and maintain Agents, RPAs, and other AI solutions to expand capabilities of JPI business units.
• Establish and maintain automatic and procedural guardrails for security, reliability, fairness, accuracy, observability, and traceability; review and update agents and systems to uphold these standards.
• Back‑End & Integrations Development Lead: design and deliver scalable integrations using Workato, Python, Oracle Cloud, and REST APIs; establish secure connections to third‑party systems; document integration flows and connections.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and observability.
• Solution Architecture & Development: contribute to scalable, maintainable, and secure integrations and AI aligned with business needs; translate functional requirements into technical user stories; implement key features or solve challenging problems.
• Agile Sprint Methodology: participate or lead code reviews, sprint planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives; collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver user stories and features; mentor scrum team members to ensure sprint commitments.
• Collaboration & Strategy: work with Digital & IT and other business units to understand needs; optimize use of agents and RPA by training business units, monitoring usage, and improving features; collaborate with UI developers to align integrations and agents with UI needs; train co‑workers on best practices.
• Non‑essential Functions: participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 1+ year of Agentic AI development experience.
• 1+ year experience with Lang Chain, RPA, RAG and Vector Stores/Databases.
• 2+ years of experience with Python, Node.js and/or React.
• 2+ years of experience working with cloud platforms or iPaaS tools.
• 2+ years of experience integrating with REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns and architecture.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
• Comfortable working in Agile environments.

• Experience with Lang Graph, MCP, and Agent Harness.
• Experience with Workato.
• Familiarity with Workday, Building Connected, Procore, Airtable, Oracle Primavera Cloud, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Fabric, Power Platform, and Azure.
• Experience with SQL databases.
• Experience with Git Lab.
