Software Engineer (Modeling & Simulation) - Intern

DescriptionLockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a Summer 2026 Software Engineer (Modeling & Simulation) Intern. In this role, you will work as an integral part of a highly motivated team to support the design, development, integration and test of simulation software and tools.
Basic Qualifications- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering, Mathematics or Electrical Engineering
- Basic knowledge of C++ or Python programming
- Basic knowledge of object‑oriented design techniques
- Basic knowledge with Linux operating systems
- Ability to work in a collaborative and team‑based environment
- Strong problem‑solving skills
This position requires a government security clearance. Must be a US Citizen.
Clearance Level: Secret
LocationFort Worth, TX. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
