At Booz Allen, you will guide our clients on the future design of mission‑critical systems and help steer the technology supporting the F‑35’s mission data enterprise. Your technical expertise will be vital as you support the development of mission‑critical software and advise the Program Office.

• Translate customer software needs and future goals into a comprehensive roadmap.
• Advise on current development status and future technical challenges.
• Support the development of mission‑critical systems for the F‑35.
• Mentor and grow a team that develops top‑quality solutions for our customers.

• 5+ years of experience on a full‑stack software development team.
• 5+ years of experience with Agile frameworks.
• 5+ years of experience using task management software such as Jira.
• 3+ years of experience leading a full‑stack software development team.
• Knowledge of DoD acquisition and system engineering processes.
• Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.

• Experience working with DoD SAP and collateral networks.
• Experience with software estimation.
• Experience with weapon system sensor data, data fusion, combat , mission data files, or reprogramming labs.
• Knowledge of administration of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, or similar.

Salary for this position is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location and experience. The projected compensation range is $86,800.00 to $ (annualized USD).
