Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (System Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Aeronautical Engineering, Computer/Software Engineering, etc.), Mathematics, or similar STEM field from an accredited college
- Experience working with proposals.
- Experience with budgeting, cost control, and financial management.
- Experience working with Tableau.
- Develop interactive data analytics dashboards to monitor operational performance (Tableau).
- Experience with data analytics.
- SECRET security clearance with investigation within the last 5 years.
You will be the Cost Account Manager (CAM) for the Flight Operations which is responsible for overseeing financial operations, driving data analytics initiatives, and supporting the Flight Operations team’s test and production missions.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Cost Account Manager (CAM) you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, driving data analytics initiatives, and supporting the Flight Operations team’s test and production missions.
- Establish program budget baselines.
- Develop monthly ETC and monitor Earned Value health metrics.
- Monitor cost and schedule performance throughout the lifecycle of contractual tasks.
- Define analytics and analysis requirements for tools and processes.
- Lead the team in applying innovative analysis methods and techniques.

Further Information About This OpportunityMUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.
Desired Skills- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other programming languages for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience and/or knowledge of the Systems Engineering Process.
- Experienced in scripting (e.g., Python, R, SQL) and data visualization (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in solving complex problems.
- Demonstrated ability to take a project concept to successful completion.
