Description

You will be the Software Architect Sr Stf for the Skunk Works which is responsible for collaborating with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust, modular solutions.

As the Software Architect Sr Stf you will be responsible for shaping the technical direction of a new and growing program, partnering with Program Management, and collaborating across multiple technical teams.

• Define and drive the overall software architecture and technical strategy.
• Lead design reviews and ensure alignment with program objectives.
• Coordinate with Program Management to translate requirements into actionable plans.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional technical teams to integrate solutions.
• Mentor and guide engineering personnel to uphold best practices.

Onsite Full-time:
The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
