Product​/Software Support Engineer- Level 1

Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in Fort Worth, Texas is seeking a full‑time Product/Software Support Engineer. The role is primarily responsible for software maintenance and development tasks in support of the F‑16 Technical Order Development Programs.

• System support for XML and SGML publishing processes
• End user support for authoring and publishing tools
• Communicate with internal and external customers in a dynamic environment
• Develop, streamline, and automate quality processes

• Communicating with internal and external customers in a dynamic environment
• Developing/streamlining/automating quality processes
• Experience and/or knowledge of computer and IT related support fields
• Strong analytical skills; ability to troubleshoot software/hardware problems; experience communicating with software vendors

• XML/SGML/HTML, SQL, XSLT, CSS, programming/scripting
• Break down complex, lengthy projects into an Agile environment
• Familiarity with S1000D Specification
• Experience with Unix or Linux

This position requires a government security clearance (Secret). Must be a U.S. Citizen. The role is located at a facility that requires special access.

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
