Your Role
You’ll be the go-to builder for systems that tie together customer workflows, ERP integrations, and CRM operations. Success means creating reliable, documented solutions that scale smoothly and keep the business running like a well-oiled machine.
You’ll:
Build and maintain websites and web apps (front-end + back-end).
Integrate APIs to connect systems and streamline workflows.
Develop automations using Zapier, Make, or similar platforms.
Configure and manage CRM systems (Hub Spot, Go High Level , or equivalents).
Troubleshoot issues and document solutions for reuse.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements.
You Bring:
Strong experience in front-end or full-stack web development.
Experience integrating APIs and handling webhooks.
Familiarity with no-code automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n).
High attention to detail with testing and documentation.
Self-starter mindset, able to own tickets end-to-end.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Bonus Points:
Startup or remote-first experience.
Familiarity with Notion, Airtable, or dashboard tools.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines or cloud platforms (AWS, etc.).
Understanding of UI/UX for clean, user-friendly interfaces.
