We are seeking a highly skilled and efficient Sr. Engineer 2 to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AWS, Java, and persistent storage solutions such as MongoDB. This role requires a quick learner who can adapt to new technologies and leverage generative AI tools effectively. The position is hybrid, requiring on-site work three days a week (Tuesday through Thursday).

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain scalable applications using AWS and Java technologies. Design and implement persistent storage solutions, particularly with MongoDB. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Utilize generative AI tools to enhance development efficiency and innovation. Participate in on-site meetings and team collaborations three days a week in Fort Worth, Texas.

Qualifications:

Proven experience with AWS and Java development. Strong knowledge of persistent storage systems, especially MongoDB. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.

Experience with generative AI tools is a plus. Familiarity with Azure is preferred but not required. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
