We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Agentic AI Engineer to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing large-scale solutions in production environments. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment (on-site 3 days a week).

Responsibilities:
Write tests and document technical work products, including code, scripts, and processes, in accordance with organizational standards and practices. Solve complex technical problems and build components/libraries with far-reaching impact. Deliver high-quality work and mentor junior engineers on technical craftsmanship. Conduct root cause analysis to identify systemic problems and lead the execution of action items to address them. Design integrated systems that model organizational best practices, enabling teams across product domains to deliver value with speed, scale, and reliability.

Oversee the management of technical debt in existing systems and drive opportunities to eliminate it within ongoing implementations. Anticipate scaling, latency, and durability challenges, and guide teams in implementing mitigating strategies. Partner with the security organization to incorporate security-conscious practices early in the lifecycle of new systems. Evaluate technical risks thoughtfully and guide teams toward practical prevention strategies. Reflect on squad delivery practices, recommend improvements to leadership, and drive their implementation.

Focus on removing duplication of effort across teams and proactively identify opportunities for reuse within the organization. Measure and assess team performance, identifying areas of development for individuals. Explore emerging technologies, lead the development of prototypes, and incorporate them into architectural solutions where appropriate.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems, CIS/MIS, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training. 5-7 years of experience designing, developing, and implementing large-scale solutions in production environments. Proficiency in Python, Agentic AI, RAG, Lang Graph, and Lang Chain. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment. Nice to Have

Experience with Java, Cloud Technologies, Kubernetes, and Git Hub Actions. Knowledge of the travel domain. Pay Range: $58 - $60/hr The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
