Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Reports To: Director of Fan Experience / Ticketing Manager

Position Type: Full‑Time | Fan Relations

Position Overview

The Dallas Bulls are seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to fans, season ticket holders, and clients. This role is crucial for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for everyone interacting with the team.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly and courteously to fan inquiries via phone, email, and social media.

Assist with ticket sales, account management, and event information.

Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Collaborate with ticketing, marketing, and operations teams to communicate updates and promotions.

Provide support during game days and special events as needed.

Identify opportunities to improve the overall fan experience.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.

1–3 years of experience in customer service or fan relations.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem‑solving abilities and a patient, empathetic approach.

Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
