Pay & Schedule- Driver Positions Pay Weekly: $880 or more per week
- Hourly Pay: $22.00 per hour
- Hours per week: 40+ hours per week
- Schedule:
Tuesday - Friday - Start Time: 4:30 PM
- Deliver solo to TX, local home daily
- Tractor type: yard tractor
- Trailer type: 53' dry containers, flatbeds
- Freight: no touch
- Paid personal time off starts at day 1 - 80 hours accrued in first year
- We encourage you to use vacation time earned. If not used, we pay remaining balance at hourly pay rate.
- Medical, dental, vision begin at 30 days

- Minimum 21 years of age
- Verifiable driving experience in similar equipment: 9 months in past 3 years, or 2 years in past 5 years, or 5 years in past 10 years
- Pass a Ryder drug test
- Pass a Ryder background and motor vehicle check including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for last 3 years
- Pass a DOT physical
- Pass a yard driver examination
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
- Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies and/or procedures
- Safely handle and maneuver tractor trailers on the yard; cannot drive on public roads
- Comply with safety & DOT regulations, continuous training and customer service
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal/state laws, regulations and agency rules, standards and guidelines
- Detect and eliminate or minimize safety hazards
- Maintain accurate records and logs; maintain accurate move and yard inventory records
