Responsible for monitoring, and supervising the assignments of equipment and drivers for the best utilization and optimization of assets.# Night Fuel Dispatcher / Planning Coordinator Join our team and play a key role in ensuring uninterrupted fuel delivery to our valued customers. This position combines dispatch, planning, problem-solving, and customer communication in a fast-paced, essential industry.##

What You’ll Do:

* Coordinate daily fuel deliveries and monitor tank levels using TMW and customer portals
* Adjust loads based on real-time customer supply needs
* Serve as the primary contact for drivers and resolve delivery issues
* Communicate with customers, terminals, and planning staff
* Maintain accurate dispatch records and billing notes
* Promote safety and optimize routes for efficiency and profitability##

Schedule:

* ## Schedule
* 12-hour shifts (6:00 PM–6:00 AM)
* Rotating 14-day cycle (2-2-3 schedule)
* Off every other weekend (Friday–Sunday)

* Dispatch or logistics experience preferred
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Ability to manage equipment and resources efficiently
* Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
* High School Diploma or equivalent required### Bonus Points If You Have:
* Tanker or fuel industry experience (Gasoline, Diesel, Jet, etc.)
* Knowledge of DOT and federal transportation regulations
* Experience with TMW or similar dispatch software
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
