NIGHT SHIFT-Dispatcher

Job Description

Our company is looking for a Logistics Coordinator/Dispatcher that will support our oilfield sand‑hauling division! Our company is a 24/7 - 365 operation.

Candidate will need to be comfortable with working 12 hour shifts  or ), and available to work holidays and weekends when needed.

6pm-6am

Starting at $20, depending on experience. Compensation is negotiable based upon experience.

• Dispatch experience (oilfield or otherwise) is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are a must.
• Familiarity with Microsoft office programs is necessary (Outlook, Excel/Google Docs).
• Ability to multitask.

• Receiving, building, prioritizing and dispatching loads by appointment time, customer and region.
• Data Entry; ensuring all information is entered into our TMS platform along with customer apps and spreadsheets.
• Interact and maintain relationships with our drivers and customers.

Position subject to background check and drug screen. Health/Dental/Vision/401K available after 60 days.
