• Hands‑On Training Program : 4–6 weeks with a certified mentor
• Paid Orientation & Training
• Weekly Solo Pay : $1,200–$1,500 on average
• Home Time :
  Every 2 weeks
• Long‑Term Career Path with Ongoing Support

• Valid Class A CDL
• Must have completed a 120‑hour CDL school
• Must pass a road test and drug screen at orientation
• No recent terminations within the past 6 months
• No Clearinghouse violations – SAP drivers not accepted at this time
