Shift: Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM $19.50

Compile and maintain records of inbound and outbound shipments. Plan and direct driver’s assignments including checking them in, assigning their doors, and checking them out once the load is complete.

* Serve as the first point of contact for delivery drivers and create a welcoming, professional experience
* Coordinate closely with warehouse and transportation teams to keep shipping and receiving running smoothly
* Verify product counts and ensure all information is accurate in the system
* Manage arrival times, reschedule appointments when needed, and keep everyone informed of updates
* Enter and maintain data in our Warehouse Management System to support real time operations
* Handle carrier paperwork and, at some locations, process and log cash transactions### What Makes You a Great Fit

* Comfortable using computers, including Microsoft Office
* Detail oriented with solid basic math skills
* Able to stay organized and multitask in a dynamic environment
* Flexible with scheduling, including weekends when needed### Work Environment You will work in an active logistics setting where no two days are the same.
