We are seeking a skilled, full-time, on-site Dispatcher for our produce repacking and distribution company in Ft. Worth, TX.
This crucial role involves coordinating all transportation logistics, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining effective communication with drivers and customers.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and schedule shipments for efficient routing and on-time delivery.
- Communicate with drivers regarding schedules, routes, and changes.
- Monitor vehicle locations and optimize routes using GPS/fleet management tools.
- Knowledge of fleet management and supply chain practices.
- Familiarity with the Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Must have a valid driver's license (MVR will be checked).
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
