As a Flight Attendant with Contour, you are the reassuring presence our passengers remember long after they've landed. Your primary responsibility is the safety and well‑being of everyone onboard—this is a role we take seriously. From conducting thorough safety demonstrations to responding calmly and effectively in emergencies, your training and professionalism will ensure every flight operates smoothly. Beyond safety, you'll create a welcoming atmosphere, assist passengers with warmth and patience, and handle whatever comes your way with poise.

- Champion Safety:
Perform all duties in strict compliance with FAA regulations and Contour’s operating procedures. Conduct safety demonstrations, secure the cabin, and remain vigilant throughout every phase of flight. - Deliver Genuine Service:
Go beyond the basics to exceed passenger expectations. Serve meals and beverages with a personal touch, answer questions warmly, and create a comfortable cabin environment. - Assist with Care:
Provide extra support to passengers who may need it, including unaccompanied minors, elderly travelers, and individuals with disabilities. - Respond with Confidence:
Be prepared to act decisively in emergencies – implementing crew instructions, guiding evacuations, and providing medical assistance like CPR and first aid when needed. - Maintain Professionalism:
Present yourself with polish and poise at all times. Your appearance and demeanor reflect Contour’s commitment to quality. - Keep Things Running Smoothly:
Help with lifting and stowing luggage, operate galley equipment, maintain cabin cleanliness, and complete all required documentation accurately. Assist with tasks such as opening and securing aircraft doors and managing service carts.
- Be at least 23 years of age.
- Possess a high school diploma or GED.
- Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, plus a valid passport.
- Be authorized to work in the United States and able to travel internationally.
- Speak and write English fluently (bilingual skills are a welcome plus).
- Successfully pass a DOT pre‑employment drug screen and ongoing random testing.
- Clear a comprehensive 10‑year background check, criminal history review, fingerprinting, and reference checks.
- Complete Contour’s intensive four‑week Flight Attendant Initial Training Program.
- Be flexible to work variable schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and duty periods up to 16 hours.
- Reside within one hour of your assigned DFW domicile.
- Be physically capable of lifting up to 75 pounds with or without accommodation, reaching overhead (up to 67 inches), and performing tasks that involve frequent walking, bending, and pushing/pulling carts requiring up to 32 pounds of force.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a polished, professional, and genuinely customer‑focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse personalities in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
- Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills—you can juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines without losing your cool.
- Keen attention to detail, even when interruptions and last‑minute changes arise.
- Self‑motivation and the ability to inspire those around you while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
