Transportation Clerk; Shift

We are currently seeking a candidate for a full-time position within our active Traffic Department at the Ft. Worth, TX Distribution Center. Key responsibilities include processing freight claims, handling freight bills and bills of lading, and scheduling inbound trailers. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. The shift is Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with weekend work required during busy seasons or as needed.

Please note that this is an on-site role, and consistent attendance is an essential requirement of the position.

• Entering the paperwork into the WMS system for all loads.
• Maintain an efficient filing system to ensure all important documents are accounted for.
• Handle, scan, and count freight.
• Additional job responsibilities given by the direction of management.

• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be a team player that is willing to do what is necessary to get the job functions done within the department.
• Able to multitask.
• Good organizational skills.
• Self-motivated.
• Must be physically capable of handling freight.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
