Overview
Job Title: Bob Tail/Tractor (CDL) Driver
Location: Goodwill North Central Texas — 4005 Campus Dr., Fort Worth, Texas
Salary: $25.02 per hour
Work Hours: Full Time (40 hrs. per week); days and hours vary; 2 days off per week

ResponsibilitiesOperate designated vehicles in a safe and courteous manner to transport donated materials to designated locations. Load and unload materials as needed to move to and from designated locations, while demonstrating professionalism performing job duties. Perform vehicle inspections, maintain vehicle records and make reports necessary to insure safe dependable equipment.
Direct activities of truck helper assigned.
Qualifications- Must have a current Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Ticket‑free and accident‑free driving record within the past 3 years.
- One (1) year or more experience as a driver of similar equipment or graduation from an accredited driving school and passing Goodwill’s road driving test.
- Minimum age requirement: 21; individuals under 25 must have a clear driving record with no accidents or tickets.
- Must have full physical mobility; able to do continuous heavy lifting of up to 50 pounds; able to work in extreme heat, cold, and dusty conditions.
- Must pass a complete doctor‑administered physical examination and drug screen; must have communication capabilities via cell phone and/or smartphone technology.
Valid Class A CDL, MVR criminal background check, physical assessment, drug screen, and compliance with DOT requirements. Documentation to satisfy I-9 requirements.
