As a Delivery Driver, you will deliver Insomnia Cookies, milk, and ice cream to our loyal fan base in a timely and safe manner, providing excellent customer service through in‑person or phone interactions. You will use the Insomnia delivery app to update customers with accurate status information and ensure all orders are checked for quality before leaving the store.

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store.

• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in‑person or by phone.
• Use Insomnia’s delivery app to provide accurate status updates to customers and adhere to company standards.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of the 2‑mile radius surrounding the store is a plus.
• Own a car with a valid license, registration, and insurance.
• Pass a motor vehicle background check.
• Have a smartphone with a data plan.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• 18 years or older to be employed.
