CDL A Deployment Driver

Job Summary

Central Transport is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented CDL A Driver to join our Deployment Team. The role offers the opportunity to travel across the United States without staying overnight in your truck.

• Fly out on Monday morning and return the following Friday, for a 12‑day deployment.
• Perform a combination of pickup & delivery (P&D) and linehaul duties as needed each week.
• Load and unload freight safely using manual handling techniques and, when required, forklift equipment, following all safety protocols.
• Transport hazardous materials and dangerous goods in compliance with hazardous materials regulations and safety standards.
• Handle automobile parts or other specialty cargo with precision and care.
• Secure cargo properly for transit and delivery at all facilities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, pickups, load & unload activities, and compliance with safety procedures.

• Guaranteed minimum pay of $110,000 annually.
• 6 weeks paid time off in your first year.
• Daily $50 per diem.

• Valid CDL A license with a clean driving record.
• At least 6 months of recent verifiable CDL A experience.
• Willingness to travel 46 weeks out of the year and commute to the DFW Airport regularly.
• Ability to pass a DOT and hair‑follicle test.
• Hazmat endorsement highly preferred.
• Knowledge of FMCSA, DOT, hazardous materials regulations, and safety standards.
• Strong manual‑handling skills; forklift certification is a plus.
• Excellent driving skills with a focus on safety and compliance.
