• Deliver pizzas, beverages, and promotional materials to customers within the designated delivery area.
• Use company car or personal vehicle to transport orders, ensuring efficient and timely service.
• Read and follow maps and GPS to locate addresses, including navigating multi‑story buildings and private residences.
• Assist with loading and unloading of orders, using hand trucks when necessary.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and follow traffic safety regulations.
• Process telephone and in‑person orders, confirm deliveries with customers, and handle monetary transactions.
• Adhere to company procedures for safety, quality, and customer service.

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
• Strong navigational skills, ability to read maps and use GPS.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Basic math abilities, including adding, subtracting, and making correct change.
• Ability to operate a computer keyboard or touch screen for order entry.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, lift, and carry up to 50 lb items, and be comfortable with stairs and ladders.
• Capable of shifting between customer service and operational tasks seamlessly.

• Stand, walk, and perform short‑distance running during deliveries.
• Lift up to 50 lb, carry tools and pizza boxes, and use hand trucks for heavier loads.
• Navigate stairs, ladders, and uneven outdoor conditions.
• Work in varying temperatures ranging from 36°F in coolers to 90°F+ in work areas.
• Drive under varying weather conditions including rain, snow, and wind.
• Potential exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, and fast‑moving equipment.
• Perform repetitive tasks such as opening/closing doors, using pizza cutters, and operating a rolling cutter.
• Work hours may be flexible and include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
