New drivers can earn up to $65,000+ annually
, based on average miles and performace after training.
- $65,000+ first-year earnings
- Starting pay: $0.42per mile
- $0.02
CPM raise every 90 days (first year) - Earn up to +$0.07 CPM with monthly safety bonus
- OTR truck driver - Super Regional routes
- Run east of I-35 (no Northeast extremes)
- Out 10-14 days, home 2 full days
Orientation
- $320 paid orientation
- Travel, hotel, and meals provided
OTR Training
- 1 week of backing & maneuvering practice
- 175 hours with a n experienced OTR trainer
- Medical, Dental, Vision (starts in 30 days)
- Paid vacation
- Life & disability insurance
- 21+ years old
- Valid driver's license (No CDL required)
- Able to pass DOT physical & drug screen
- Good driving record
