Compensation & Rewards

• Stop Pay: $15 for Milk Runs | $10 for Ice Cream.
• Paid Orientation: 3-day comprehensive onboarding at $100/day.
• Performance-Based Pay: $.48 CPM.
• Short Haul Premium: $70 plus mileage.
• Load Pay: $75 per load.

This position offers a balanced mix of local delivery and efficient relay runs, ensuring you stay productive while returning home every shift.

• Service Split: 75% Local Store Delivery | 25% Relay Operations.
• Delivery Profile: 5–15 stops per day delivering dairy products to store locations. Includes approximately 20% freight unload assist (down stacking).
• Relay Profile:
  Overnight runs between Fort Worth and Conroe. These are 100% no-touch freight.
• Route Area: DFW Metro and surrounding areas.

• Home Time:
  Local / Home Daily.
• Shift Starts: 05:00 (Delivery) or 17:00 (Relay).
• Weekly Mileage:
  Approx. 1,000 miles (Local) or 2,250 miles (Relay).
• The Rig:
  Modern Day Cabs pulling 48ft Reefers.
• Specs:
  Automatic transmissions.
• Configuration:
  Slip-seat operation with a dedicated relay partner.

• Valid Class A CDL and 2 years recent and verifiable comparable driving experience.
• Professional attitude and commitment to safety.
• Ability to handle multi-stop delivery routes and occasional physical unloading.
