Position Title:

Forklift Operator - A Shift Pay: $18/hr

Hours:

6am - 6:30pm alternating schedule

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to operate multiple types of forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for moving, loading, unloading, storing, and transporting materials while maintaining inventory accuracy and following all safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate up to four types of forklifts, including:

Double Forklift Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.

Move materials throughout the warehouse and production areas.

Pick, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment.

Perform inventory control activities, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.

Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory.

Inspect forklifts before and after each shift and report maintenance issues.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Follow OSHA regulations and company safety policies at all times.

Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous experience operating multiple forklift types required.

Ability to safely operate sit-down, stand-up reach, cherry picker, and electric pallet jack equipment.

Experience with RF scanners and inventory management systems preferred.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Forklift certification preferred.#indtx
