Looking for steady, active work with a team that values its drivers? Fafo Deliveries Inc. is hiring reliable, safety-focused delivery drivers near Fort Worth, TX 76134. You’ll receive paid training, a company vehicle, and a uniform. No CDL is required.

Fafo Deliveries Inc. is an independent Fed Ex contractor founded in December 2020. Our owner began as a seasonal driver in 2003 and became an owner in 2004. • $160 per day after one year

• Starting pay: $150 per day

• Training pay: $100 per day

• $1 per additional stop after 110 stops

• In-town stop pay begins after 130 stops

• Monthly performance bonus of up to $220 based on attendance, punctuality, and performance

• Christmas bonus of $200–$300

• Five days of PTO for full-time drivers

• Company vehicle and uniform provided

• Monday–Saturday operations

• Start at 7:00 a.m. and work until deliveries are complete

• Full-time schedules:
  Tuesday–Saturday or Monday–Saturday

• No part-time delivery driver openings currently; part-time roles may become available during peak season

• Complete courier and package delivery routes averaging 150 stops per day

• Arrive at the terminal on time to load your vehicle and packages

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections

• Safely operate a company delivery vehicle

• Use GPS to navigate rural and tight in-town routes

• Scan, log, load, and deliver packages accurately

• Serve Granbury, Weatherford, and Aledo, Texas

• Protect yourself, the vehicle, and each package from damage

• Must be at least 21 years old

• Valid driver’s license; no CDL required

• Must be willing to submit to an employer-paid background check

• Must be willing to submit to an MVR review

• Must be willing to submit to an employer-paid drug test

• Must be willing to submit to an employer-paid DOT physical

• Must safely manage packages weighing up to 150 pounds

• Must work safely in changing weather

• Six months of delivery, courier, cargo-van, or similar driving experience is preferred

• Strong manual labor experience and enthusiasm for the role will also be considered

• This role is best suited to drivers comfortable with smaller delivery vehicles and high-stop package routes
