Doorstep Trash Collection Specialist (Service Valet) — Part-Time, Evenings

We're hiring part‑time Service Valets to collect bagged trash and cardboard recycling from residents' doorsteps at apartment communities — so it's gone by morning. It's a strong fit if you want a second job, supplemental income, or steady evening hours near where you live.
Vehicle RequirementYou must have one of the following to perform this role:
- Your own open-bed pickup truck, or
- A tow‑capable vehicle plus an open utility trailer you'll use for the job.
Vehicles without an open bed or trailer — including SUVs, sedans, and vans — do not qualify.
What You'll DoOn every service night, you'll walk your assigned communities and clear doorstep trash before morning.
- Collect bagged trash and cardboard from apartment doorsteps and transport it to the on‑site compactor using your pickup truck or tow vehicle and trailer.
- Service one or more nearby apartment communities during your shift, all within the same local area.
- Stay active — walking communities, climbing stairs, and working outdoors.
- Use our mobile app to check in, track your work, and take photos when needed.
- No long‑distance driving, bulk item collection, or off‑site dumping.
- Truck pay rate: $20 per hour
- Hours:
Typically 10–15+ hours per week - Schedule:
Most routes run Sunday–Thursday, starting after 7:00 or 8:00 PM — no weekends - Stay local:
You're assigned to a community near where you live
- An open‑bed pickup truck, or a vehicle paired with an open utility trailer used for the job.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Active auto insurance for the vehicle being used.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (proof required).
- Smartphone with a data plan to download and use our work app and willingness to receive SMS/text messages about scheduling, updates, and other work‑related information during hiring and employment.
- Ability to work independently and follow a consistent routine.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Walk long distances and climb multiple flights of stairs.
