Do you know why Domino's Pizza hires so many drivers? Aside from the delicious pizza, we provide a flexible schedule that fits your hours, allowing time for school, friends, or a second job. We’re expanding rapidly and need qualified drivers to staff stores.

You must be 18 years old, have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record that meets company standards, and access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery. You should possess navigation skills to read maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area, including multi‑story buildings.

Many team members begin as delivery drivers and advance to franchise ownership, general manager, or corporate operations roles.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Orientation and training are provided on the job.

• Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.

• Perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly (calculator may be used).
• Make correct monetary change.
• Use verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Show motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid, accurate moves.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

• Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when outside.
• Poor indoor temperatures range from 36°F to 90°F+ in some areas.
• Sudden temperature changes while inside and outside.
• Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, and fumes.
• Cramped quarters including a walk‑in cooler.
• Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500°F or higher.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

• Good hearing on telephone and in store.
• Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks.
• Depth perception.
• Ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces.

The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.

Most tasks are performed from a standing position.

For short distances and durations; surfaces include ceramic, tile, bricks, and linoleum. Work surfaces are between 36" and 48".

Paperwork is normally completed at a desk or table.

• Bulk product deliveries are made twice a week or more; items up to 50 lbs with dimensions up to 3' × 1.5' are unloaded with a hand truck.
• Cases are usually lifted from floor and stacked onto shelves up to 72" high.

• Large cans weighing 3 lbs 7 oz carried from workstation to storage.
• Occasionally pizza sauce weighing 30 lbs moved from storage to front of store.
• Trays of pizza dough carried three at a time, weighing ~12 lbs each.

• Move trays on dollies; a stack of trays (24"–30") may require up to 7.5 lbs of force to push.
• Trays may also be pulled.

Infrequently navigate stairs or climb ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, or perform maintenance.
