As a Captain at Sirio, you are the embodiment of our commitment to providing not only technically accurate and safe transportation but also delivering a world-class service experience for all passengers. In this role, you will seamlessly wear multiple hats, transitioning from a professional aviator to an in-flight service provider, ensuring a concierge service level experience.
The successful candidate must be willing to be based in Treviso, Italy.

You will be dedicated support for a Challenger 605 for a managed aircraft flying the client and charter operations.

Overview of Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe and efficient execution of assigned flight schedules, adhering to all regulatory and manufacturer's guidelines.
• Personally welcome and engage with passengers pre-flight, providing detailed briefings on the trip, confirming itineraries, offering weather updates, and explaining any changes.
• Serve as a dedicated liaison between passengers and Sirio throughout the entire journey, from arrival at the FBO to safe departure from the final destination FBO.
• Deliver impeccable in-flight service, including the responsible handling of alcohol, catering service, and meticulous loading and stowing of all baggage.
• Uphold the cabin’s integrity by performing thorough cleaning, organization, and stocking procedures before each trip.
• Flexibly undertake additional responsibilities as assigned based on specific assignments.

Knowledge, Skills & Professional Attributes

• Working knowledge of applicable EASA regulations and commitment to maintaining full regulatory compliance.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple operational, passenger service, and administrative responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and deliver a professional experience for passengers, crew members, vendors, and operational partners.
• Proficiency with standard business software and digital tools, including email, document creation, and web-based applications.
• Demonstrated attention to detail, sound judgment, and a collaborative approach to working within a team environment.
• Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor appropriate for a premium client-facing role.

Education & Experience

Required Qualifications
Candidates must meet all of the following requirements:

• Valid EASA ATPL
• Enrolled in the Italian official register of pilots ("Albi/Registro del personale di volo") as Commander
• Minimum 3,000 hours Total Flight Time
• Minimum 500 hours Multi-Pilot Instrument Time
• Valid ME-IR (A) on EASA Licence
• MCC Certificate or MP Rating on EASA Licence
• Hold an Advanced UPRT qualification, or have completed within the preceding three years the training and checking in accordance with points ORO.FC.220 or ORO.FC.230 of Annex III (Part-ORO) to Regulation (EU) No 965/2012
• Valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate
• Valid EU Passport
• English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 5 or higher
• Professional proficiency in Italian
