Warehouse & Distribution Process Lead

We are seeking a Warehouse & Distribution Process Lead to support a Tech Ops Warehouse & Distribution Capabilities team. This role plays a key part in evaluating, improving, and modernizing operational processes across warehouse and distribution functions, with a strong focus on workflow analysis, data-driven insights, and continuous improvement.

This is a 5-month contract with the opportunity to extend/convert and is 100% onsite in Fort Worth, TX.

• Evaluate current warehouse and distribution processes and identify inefficiencies, gaps, and improvement opportunities
• Support implementation of process improvements, automation initiatives, and system enhancements
• Provide operational data analysis and insights to guide decision-making
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Inventory Control, Transportation, and IT teams
• Contribute to digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives

• Analyze warehouse and distribution workflows to identify operational gaps, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
• Map current-state and future-state processes using standardized process mapping tools
• Collect, interpret, and report operational data (throughput, pick accuracy, cycle time, labor utilization, etc.)
• Support development, documentation, and rollout of new or updated SOPs
• Assist in planning and executing warehouse process improvement and automation initiatives
• Translate operational pain points into process and system requirements
• Facilitate root-cause analysis and corrective action sessions
• Serve as a subject matter resource for process standards and continuous improvement practices
• Provide analysis and insights to support leadership decision-making
