Warehouse Material Handler | Fort Worth, TX

Nexeo HR is hiring full-time Warehouse Material Handlers for a leading logistics company in the nation, located in the Fort Worth, Texas area. This role focuses on processing and organizing returned products, performing inspections, and ensuring all inventory movements are documented accurately. If you're organized, reliable, proficient with RF scanners, have forklift experience, and are ready to start immediately, we want to hear from you.

• Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments safely and efficiently
• Pick and pack products accurately according to order specifications
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and complete transactions
• Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock organization
• Label, weigh, and prepare products for shipment
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment
• Report damaged or missing items promptly
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklift and pallet jack)

• 2+ years of previous warehouse or material handling experience
• Comfortable using RF scanners and basic warehouse systems
• Forklift experience (sit-down or stand-up)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Basic math and reading skills
• Must speak and understand English
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Reliable attendance and teamwork are essential
• Must pass a 10-year national background check
• Must be able to pass a drug screening

$20.00 – $22.50 per hour (based on shift)

• A1 Shift (Weekdays): $20.00/hr | Tuesday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• A2 Shift (Weeknights): $21.50/hr | Tuesday – Friday, 6:00 PM – 5:00 AM
• B1 Shift (Weekend Days): $22.50/hr | Saturday – Monday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• B2 Shift (Weekend Nights): $22.50/hr | Saturday – Monday, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
