As a member of the Ship Bob Team, you will work with your peers to deliver an incredible experience for our customers every day. This role is part of Ship Bob’s temporary associate conversion program.

Compensation: $15.75 /hr

Location: Fort Worth, Texas

• Receiving
  :
  Accept customers’ new inventory and own the entire process of putting inventory away, accepting, and communicating arrivals and exceptions.
• Picking
  :
  Deliver products to the next stage quickly and accurately; maintain flow of customer products in the warehouse.
• Packing
  :
  Ensure quality of each shipment and pack items correctly; collaborate with picking to fulfill shipments perfectly.
• Other Duties as Required
  :
  Assist in other departments as needed to ensure operations run efficiently.
• Handle products with safety, quality, and legality in mind; follow SOPs, report concerns, maintain traceability, and contribute to continuous improvement.

• Work scheduled shifts including overtime, weekends based on business needs and consistently arrive on time.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand and walk continuously during 8‑10 hour shift.
• Bend, stoop, reach above, and push/pull frequently.
• Flexibility to help out in other departments as needed.
• Willingness to get hands dirty to complete tasks.
• Adapt quickly to change.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Quickly understand new processes and identify operational opportunities.
• Interest in a rapidly growing startup.
• Previous warehouse experience not required; will receive 7‑day training.
• Must be 18 or older.
