Warehouse Associate

You Are a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for receiving and shipping materials, staging inventory, and supporting inventory management activities. You will participate in training and development, collaborate with cross‑functional departments to troubleshoot inventory issues, and assist production teams as needed to ensure operational efficiency.

This Position Pays
: $18–$20 per hour

• Perform daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, shipping, and distributing materials.
• Prepare domestic and international shipments in compliance with company procedures.
• Verify incoming goods against shipping documentation and perform initial quality inspections.
• Stage materials and packages for production and shipment.
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory activities.
• Process paperwork and complete SAP transactions accurately on a daily basis.
• Support the handling of dangerous goods and hazardous materials following safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve inventory discrepancies and support production needs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with ERP/SAP systems preferred.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and follow written instructions.
• Strong basic math, problem‑solving, and computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, or sit for extended periods of time.
