This is not a desk job — it’s a fast-paced, physically demanding role where your hard work directly impacts daily operations and customer deliveries.

As an Order Builder, you’ll play a critical role in warehouse operations by accurately building and staging product orders for shipment. Every shift is active, fast-moving, and essential to keeping distribution running smoothly.

• Pull and build orders accurately using pick tickets

• Load and organize products onto pallets for delivery trucks

• Operate pallet jacks and industrial power equipment safely

• Lift, move, restock, and repack products while maintaining proper product rotation and date code accuracy

• Stage completed pallets in designated warehouse areas

• Maintain productivity standards in a fast-paced environment

• Follow all safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

• Work on your feet continuously for 8–12 hour shifts

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

• Minimum 6 months of general work experience

• Ability to repeatedly lift, carry, and move products up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, and reach overhead for extended periods

• Ability to push/pull pallet jacks and loaded equipment over long distances

• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

• Willingness to work hard in a physically demanding environment

• Steel toe safety boots that meet required specifications

• Prior warehouse experience

• Experience operating manual or powered pallet jacks

• Forklift experience preferred

• Experience working in fast-paced distribution environments

Safety is a top priority. All candidates must comply with facility safety standards and PPE requirements.

• Temperature monitoring required before entering the facility

• Face coverings required at all times while onsite

• Required attire:

• Non-logo red, black, or grey t-shirt

• Non-logo baseball cap (if worn)

All workers must wear approved safety boots that meet the following standards:

• Minimum 6” height (no low-cut shoes)

• Steel or composite Class 75 protective toe

• Puncture-resistant sole (Kevlar bottom required)

• Slip-resistant soles compliant with ANSI Z41 or equivalent safety standards

NOTE:
Steel toe boots are REQUIRED before starting work.

Pay Details: $14.50 per hour
