Shipping & Receiving Associate

Onsite, Fort Worth, TX

Shift: Flexible, up to 20 hours per week (no weekly hour commitment). Shift schedule is selected after training via the Wilya app.

Now is the time to bring your expertise to a FLEX Warehouse Associate role for a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator where success and fulfillment go hand in hand. In this position you will help businesses transform their cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and analytics to ensure they are future‑ready.

• Verify contents of shipments against shipping documents, noting any discrepancies or damage.
• Operate computer terminal to enter receipts and print labels.
• Pick outbound orders using RF scanners, verifying quantity and correct product.
• Select the appropriate size of boxes, pack products, and send boxes onto the conveyor line for quality check.
• Ensure all incoming products are received, picked, packed, and quality‑checked with accuracy and efficiency.

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 6 months of warehouse experience.
• Knowledge of shipping, warehouse, and safety procedures; basic computer experience.
• Strong multitasking, organization, and time‑management skills.
• Ability to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints in a timely manner.
• Effective communication in English.
