Globalternative Solutions is a family‑owned, multi‑generational importer & distributor of alcohol beverages headquartered in Houston, Texas. We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to work at our Dallas/Fort Worth location in Fort Worth, Texas.

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse Associate will be responsible for a wide range of inbound and outbound warehouse functions, including receiving, order selection, shipping, cleaning, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

• Safely operate warehouse equipment (electric pallet jacks, forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers).
• Use handheld units to generate and apply labels.
• Select, pick, and pack orders accurately across various environmental conditions.
• Receive, handle, and stack product on pallets following proper procedures.
• Stage pallets accurately for loading, shipping, or storage.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies, damages, or shortages.
• Shrink‑wrap product on the loading dock to ensure load stability.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized environment—follow sanitation requirements, aisle assignments, and end‑of‑shift cleanup duties.
• Perform required pre‑ and post‑operation inspections on equipment.
• Work collaboratively with warehouse team members and other departments to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines.
• Attend company meetings and daily safety meetings.
• Follow Globalternative Solutions’ preferred work methods and report any unsafe conditions or equipment issues.

Frequent lifting of 1–75 lbs (occasionally up to 100 lbs); reach up to 72 inches; perform constant bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods while operating equipment and retrieving items from lower shelves. Must be able to work independently and collaboratively, communicate effectively, safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks, and work in non‑temperature‑controlled warehouse settings.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Previous warehouse experience.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures.
• Must pass background and drug screening for hire and randomly throughout employment.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
