Warehouse Associate – Dallas, Fort Worth

Globalternative Solutions seeks a Warehouse Associate for the Dallas, Fort Worth location. The position reports to the Warehouse Supervisor and involves inbound and outbound warehouse functions including receiving, order selection, shipping, cleaning, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities include safely operating warehouse equipment such as electric pallet jacks, forklifts, reach trucks, and cherry pickers, utilizing handheld units to generate and apply labels, picking and packing orders accurately, receiving and staging product, ensuring inventory accuracy, shrink‑wrapping, maintaining a clean and safe environment, performing equipment inspections, collaborating with the team, attending safety meetings, and following all company work methods.

• Capable of lifting 1–75 lbs frequently, occasional lifts up to 100 lbs, reaching heights of up to 72 inches, and performing bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods while operating equipment.

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures.
• Pass background and drug screening for hire and randomly throughout employment.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed; schedule changes communicated at least one week in advance.
