RDC Shipping Coordinator

Role Summary

Within the Regional Distribution Center (RDC), the Shipping Coordinator supports shipping, receiving, and inventory control activities by managing shipping and receiving documentation, cycle counting, claims, and RTV processes, and assisting the Inventory Lead.

• Maintains efficient inventory controls throughout the RDC shipping and receiving processes, including documentation and reconciliation.
• Performs cycle‑counting and full inventory functions within the RDC.
• Collaborates cross‑functionally to ensure accurate inventory handling.
• Identifies and addresses issues affecting inventory accuracy.
• Collaborates with Ops teams, RDCs, contractors and 3PL operators to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Handles customer complaints and escalations (TLCs and customers) professionally and timely.
• Maintains accurate records for shipping, receiving and inventory control.
• Completes return to vendor (RTV) documentation as required.
• Supports and influences RDC team within a time‑sensitive and demanding environment.

• 2+ years of applicable work experience within a distribution center environment.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and inventory control functions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; professional certificates or college degree a plus.

This position is based out of Tire Hub's location at Trinity Blvd Fort Worth, TX 76118, USA.
