Inventory Coordinator

• Monday – Thursday 4 PM to 2 AM

• $21.90 per hour + $1.00 shift differential

• Verify and reconcile inventories of the customer, their suppliers, and DHL.
• Complete physical inventories and compile/analyze reports.
• Act as an interface between customer support, suppliers, and customer management on inventory issues for resolution.
• Reconcile and enter data into the customer’s system of record and the warehouse management system.
• Analyze data and transactions for root‑cause analysis using Excel spreadsheets.
• Monitor and key data for several in‑transit buckets within SAP for finance department reporting.
• Compile and maintain cycle‑count data for management reports to customer.
• Monitor failed transactions and physically reconcile discrepancies.
• Investigate any shrinkage of inventory and advise departmental manager.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1‑3 years warehouse experience; preferably with barcode system.
• Experience with cycle count and inventory control.
• Knowledge of, and experience with, inventory systems such as SAP, Blue Yonder, Red Prairie, JDA, or Topex.
• Working knowledge of SAP inventory.
• Microsoft Office software, including Excel, is required.
• Prioritizing, scheduling, and planning tasks for the assigned department, including cycle counting and adjustments.
• Coordinating tasks and schedules across all departments, including inbounds and inventory control.
• Experience using a commercial WMS (warehouse management system).
• Hands‑on role spent most of the shift on the warehouse floor with extended periods of standing and walking.
• Supply Chain, Auditing, Shipping, Logistics skills.
