Warehouse Picker Packer job at Adecco US, Inc. in Fort Worth, TX. Adecco is hiring immediately for Picker Packers with our client in Fort Worth, TX. Picker Packers perform essential roles with one of our top clients, starting at $16.50-$17.50/hr., with overtime opportunities available.
Key Responsibilities- Pick and pack customer orders using robotics and scanners.
- Load and secure products on outbound trailers as part of the Store Replen team.
- Follow all safety guidelines while maintaining a safe and clean work area.
- Cross‑train in picking, packing, and replenishment tasks.
- Maintain excellent attendance and reliability.
- Work entire shift on your feet in a non‑climate‑controlled environment.
- Weekly pay starting at $16.50-$17.50/hr.

- Entry level; training provided (no previous experience necessary).
- Minimum 6-month work history.
- Distribution center or warehouse experience preferred.
- Experience with distribution systems, scanners, and picking preferred.
- Ability to maintain a safe and clean work area.
- Willingness to cross‑train in picking, packing, and replenishment tasks.
- Ability to work on feet for entire shift.
- Ability to work in a non‑climate‑controlled environment.
- Excellent attendance and reliability.
- Mandatory overtime may be required.
- Must be available to work one weekend day.
- 1st Shift: Rotating 3-4 day work week, 12-hour shifts starting at 4:30 AM, pay $16.50/hr.
- 2nd Shift (Training):
Monday-Friday, 4:30 PM-3:00 AM, pay $17.50/hr. - All schedules require one weekend workday. Hours may vary during peak periods.
