Enovis Bracing and Supports

Assisting with the distribution of materials, parts, supplies and equipment; coordinating warehouse operations and maintaining inventory accuracy. Works under limited supervision and participates in continuous improvement initiatives.

• Unpack and verify incoming goods versus purchase orders or invoices, reject unsatisfactory items.
• Lift, move, load, unload, and organize materials using forklifts, hand trucks, hoists, conveyors, and pallet jacks.
• Prepare and maintain shipping records, post weights and charges, and package goods for shipment.
• Monitor inventory, conduct cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and request adjustments.
• Provide training and coaching to junior staff; act as subject matter expert in warehouse duties.
• Promote a safety culture and enforce safe behaviors throughout the warehouse.
• Coordinate and lead improvement projects across levels; collaborate with teams to re‑engineer processes.
• Assist with projects assigned by the supervisor and perform other duties as needed.

• 2–4 years of related experience in distribution or materials handling.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse distribution processes.
• Proven record of leadership in a work setting or extracurricular activities.
• High School Diploma required; bachelor’s degree desirable.
• Computer literate; data entry skills. ORACLE experience a plus.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and operate a pallet jack.

Typical warehouse environment. Standing, sitting, climbing, crouching/kneeling, lifting, carting, and use of a pallet jack.

• Collaborative team player who works effectively with people at all levels.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
