Warehouse Associate
Full Time Staff – Indiv Contr, Fort Worth, TX, US

Responsibilities- Inspect and identify aircraft parts and receive them into computer software applications
- Load/unload inventory onto shipping containers and flatbed trucks
- Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders and requisitions to determine items to be pulled from inventory
- Package parts to ship to customers using specific packaging methods to ensure that the parts are fully protected and compliant to customer specifications
- Maintain inventory controls by documenting part traceability and storing pictures using the company’s network drive and applications
- Pull parts from specific locations within the warehouse and stage them in areas for preparation of shipments
- Mark materials with identifying information using appropriate methods
- Validate and record amounts of materials or items received, distributed or cycle counted via appropriate computer program
- Weigh, count and inspect items to ensure conformance to established standards
- Assist in counting, tarping and movement of physical inventory
- Complete requisition forms to order supplies from other departments
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Maintain quality service by following organization standards
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1–2 years of experience (preferred)
- U.S. Person status as defined by ITAR Regulations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory
- Regular and predictable attendance required
- Basic computer skills (data entry)
- Effective communication, teamwork, coordination, planning, prioritizing, time management, inventory control, record keeping, equipment maintenance, and reliability
- U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) or asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(3) required
- Some positions will require current U.S. Citizenship due to contract requirements
This position requires access to information that is subject to compliance with the International Traffic Arms Regulations (“ITAR”) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”). Applicants may be asked to provide documentation to verify U.S. person status under ITAR and EAR.
