Warehouse Associate (Picking & Packing) – Yoga Apparel

Location: Alliance Area – Fort Worth, TX
Schedule: Sunday – Wednesday | 4:30 AM – 3:00 PM

We are seeking dependable and motivated Warehouse Associates to support distribution operations for a leading premium yoga apparel brand. This role focuses on order picking, packing, and shipping in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled warehouse environment

Associates play a critical role in ensuring customers receive high-quality products accurately and on time.

• Accurately pick yoga apparel and accessories using RF scanners or pick lists
• Locate inventory efficiently within assigned warehouse zones
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards

• Pack orders carefully to prevent damage during transit
• Verify order contents for accuracy before sealing shipments
• Label and stage completed packages for outbound shipping

• Perform basic quality checks on merchandise
• Report damaged or missing items to leadership
• Assist with cycle counts or inventory audits as needed

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Support additional warehouse functions as assigned

• Non-climate-controlled facility (exposure to heat in summer and cold in winter)
• Fast-paced production environment with daily performance goals
• Standing, walking, bending, and lifting required throughout the shift

• Ability to stand/walk for 10+ hours per shift
• Lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs regularly
• Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
• Comfortable working in varying temperature conditions

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required
• Basic technology skills (RF scanner experience is a plus)

• Shift: Sunday – Wednesday
• Hours: 4:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• Overtime may be required based on business needs
