Fort Worth, TX office (onsite). Shift: Flexible, up to 20 hours per week.

Now is the time to bring your expertise to a FLEX Warehouse Associate role for a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator where success and fulfillment go hand in hand. As a Shipping and Receiving Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring all incoming products are received, picked, packed, and quality checked with accuracy and efficiency.

• Work up to 20 hours per week—or less. You decide.

• Manage shifts via the Wilya app (desktop + mobile).
• Choose only the shifts that fit your schedule after training.

• Verify contents of shipment compared to shipping documents, noting discrepancies or damage.
• Operate computer terminal to enter receipts and print labels.
• Pick outbound orders using RF scanners, verifying quantity and correct product.
• Select the appropriate size of boxes and pack product, sending boxes onto the conveyor line to be quality checked.

• High School Education or equivalent with at least 6 months of warehouse experience.
• Knowledge of shipping, warehouse, and safety procedures and some computer experience.
• Ability to multitask and strong organization and time management skills.
• Ability to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints in a timely manner.
• Ability to communicate in and understand English to the extent necessary to fulfill performance of essential job functions.
