Freight Logistics Dispatcher at Nexeo Staffing. We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Dispatcher to support a high-volume distribution center in Fort Worth, TX. This fast-paced administrative role involves coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, checking in drivers, and providing cross‑functional support for warehouse, yard, and transportation operations.

• Manage driver check‑in/out procedures for inbound and outbound deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, yard personnel, and external carriers via email, phone, and messaging platforms.
• Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Pull data and generate reports from various systems to support yard and dock operations.
• Monitor shipment status, load schedules, and communicate ETAs.
• Assist in resolving issues related to shipments, inventory discrepancies, and dock availability.
• Support administrative functions related to logistics, such as manifest preparation and load tracking.
• Uphold safety, accuracy, and professionalism while operating in a high‑volume environment.

• 1–4 years of experience in shipping/receiving, transportation coordination, or warehouse customer service.
• Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment (preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and web‑based systems.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must pass a 10‑year national background check and pre‑employment drug screen.

$20.00‑$22.50 Per Hour

A1 Shift: Tuesday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM | $20.00/hr

A2 Shift: Tuesday – Friday | 6:00 PM – 5:00 AM | $21.50/hr

B1 Shift: Saturday – Monday | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM | $22.50/hr

B2 Shift: Saturday – Monday | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | $22.50/hr
