Ecolab is seeking a Warehouse Associate I to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas
. As a Warehouse Associate I, you'll help deliver the products that support clean water, safe food, and healthy environments around the world. You'll play a key role in supporting shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse operations. You'll ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. This is a hands‑on opportunity to grow your skills in a fast‑paced setting while contributing to a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
You’ll Make an Impact
Order Fulfilment (Picking/packing):
Reads orders and requisition to determine items to be moved or distributed; pick merchandise or parts, wraps and labels shipments, and delivers to assembly line, packing or shipping areas.Material Handling:
Receives, counts, processes, stores, and distributes materials tools, equipment, and products within the facility; loads/unloads items from parts or shelves, pallets, racks, shelves, and designated areas using vehicles (pallet jacks or carts); ensures safe transit using appropriate equipment.Inventory & Recordkeeping:
Notifies coach of shortages or if additional resources are needed.General Operations:
Opens containers, maintains a clean and safe workspace, may drive vehicles (pallet jacks or carts) to transport stored items or pick up items from various locations.Follow all warehouse safety procedures and policies.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support logistics and warehouse operations.

Fort Worth US75Work Week & Shift: 1st shift, Monday - Friday 7:00am‑3:30pm

High School diploma or equivalent.
1+ years in a plant or warehouse.

Strong communication and time management skills.
Experience working independently and as part of a team.
Position requires lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs.
Position requires passing a drug screen and physical exam.

The pay range for this position is $15.26 - $22.89. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
