Warehouse Worker Job Description

Approximately 50% of the role will involve operating a reach truck, while the remaining time will be spent supporting warehouse operations including material handling, shipping & receiving, inventory movement, order fulfillment, and general warehouse support. We seek sharp, safety-minded individuals who can adapt to changing priorities, take initiative, and contribute to a team-focused environment.

• Operate reach trucks safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Load, unload, stage, and transport products as needed.
• Perform shipping and receiving duties, including verifying inbound and outbound shipments.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Assist with inventory control and cycle counts.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness throughout the warehouse.
• Support various warehouse functions as business needs change.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

• Previous reach truck experience required.
• Recent warehouse, logistics, distribution, or material handling experience.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.

• Experience with shipping & receiving preferred.
• RF scanner experience preferred.

The work environment is a climate-controlled warehouse located at the Alliance Airport. Employees are expected to maintain a high standard of safety and organization while working both independently and as part of a team. The role involves working with various warehouse technologies and requires adaptability to changing workloads and priorities.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Worth, TX.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Fort Worth, TX.
