Are you ready to join us? This role is part of Alcon's Supply Chain function, a team that manages the logistics, inventory management, and supply chain analytics for Alcon's industry leading products to ensure products are delivered efficiently and effectively so that people can see brilliantly.
As an Associate, Warehouse & Distribution Operations (Para-Professional & Support Path), you will be responsible for supporting efficient warehouse and distribution center operations through clerical tasks, inventory management, and shipment coordination.
In this role, a typical day will include:
- Perform business support or clerical tasks according to procedures to enhance warehouse and distribution center efficiency.
- Assist in optimizing storage space and material flows for safety and efficiency.
- Support inbound and outbound logistics activities, including managing inventory and coordinating shipments.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Follow established procedures with limited decision-making authority.
- Adhere to Good Practice (GxP) regulations by strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensuring rigorous quality control.
- Complete all required training and meet individual job requirements to contribute to overall organizational compliance.
- Commit to continuous improvement and compliance with regulatory requirements.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:- High School Diploma or Equivalent
